Peanut Butter Cookies!
Today, I went to the grocery store at lunch and came back with a bag of peanut butter cookies! I've been craving PB cookies all week and finally, I got them. I love peanut butter cookies but even more so, I love my Auntie D's ALMOND cookies the best! YUM! My dad recently had his birthday and he got a bunch of almond cookies from my aunt. He's so lucky!My top three types of cookies in order:
1. Almond Cookies
2. PB Cookies
3. Ginger Cookies

Mel I have a recipe for PB cookies with ginger! You would love it. Let me know if you want me to scan it for you. They're pretty easy too. I may have to whip up a batch for Saturday :-)

Auntie D makes great chocolate chip cookies but since I'm not a fan of chocolate, the cookies are not on my top three.

Ferda, ginger with PB?? Interesting... I'm not sure I'd want to mix the two flavours. Either way, I'm looking forward to Saturday - always a good time!

My mom makes the most awesome gingersnaps ever....well except that they're chewy, so not very 'snappy' at all...
But who cares!? They're awesome!
I should try to get the recipe from her. But I think it's actually HER that makes them so good, cuz others have tried and they're just not the same....hmmmm...

Talkin about cookies and I have just had my wisdom tooth out,can't eat ought like that. Will go for white choclate chip when I am better though

I think I like most types of cookies (and would probably eat your Auntie D's almond cookies in a heartbeat - if I didn't have to fight you for them first!), but I guess my three favourites are:
(1) chocolate chunk cookies (PC Decadent ... i could eat the whole bag myself, if i tried!)
(2) M & M cookies (if they're made well, i don't care where they're from!)
(3) Shortbread cookies, like the ones my mom makes at Christmas. Mmmm!
Honourable mention is a tie between the Peak Freans cookies with the red stuff in the middle and the Peak Freans chocolate cookies (y'know, the ones that look like rectangular tiles) ... and if none of those are available, Girl Guide cookies.
